Next meeting: 17th September 2023: AGM & meeting
There is a minimum of four General Meetings of the Association in each calendar year.
Typically these are held in March, June (Summer lunch), September (Annual General Meeting) and December (Christmas lunch).
The current venue is The Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel near Watlington, next to junction 6 of the M40.
All paid-up members are invited and encouraged to attend the AGM in September.

The Committee meets quarterly at the Churchill hospital in Oxford. However, due to circumstances, the committee is currently holding monthly virtual meetings.
